Troop 604 Summer Camp @ Chawankee

In 2022, Camp Chawankee will be celebrating 75 years of service. Chawanakee is a historic camp that was founded on Shaver Lake in 1946 and began hosting scouts in 1947.

Camp Chawanakee offers opportunities for scouts to develop their unit and personal programs in a concentrated, full-time achievement environment. Camp Chawankee offers a variety of programs for new and junior scouts and the opportunity to earn over 40 merit badges.

Camp activities include: camp fires, hiking, climbing tower, rifle and shotgun shooting, sail boating, C.O.P.E and more. For more information, check out their website
