Earn Totin Chip this April

This is an award earned by the Scouts, which allows them to handle and use different tools with blades ( Ax, pocket knife,saw). Once they have learned, and demonstrated the proper techniques and safe handling of all tools they will be issued a card at the end of the training. This card they will carry, which allows them the right to be in possession of these tools during scout activities.
