Topock Gorge Canoeing Campout November in Lake Havasu City, AZ November 23-25

We are planning a camping trip for November in Lake Havasu and  kayaking the Topock Gorge November 23 -25th along the Colorado River. The weather will be cool and all the summer boaters will have all gone home for the summer. This is a chance to see unique flowers, plants and animals, Redrock vertical gorge walls, native american petroglyphs and more. To maximize our fun, here is the first look at our schedule for the holiday weekend. 

– Saturday 0630 hrs. : Depart Moorpark for Crazy Horse Campground, Lake Havasu City, AZ. (5 Hours 17 Min)  Set up camp and visit the world famous London bridge for lunch

– Sunday 0700 hrs. – Depart campground in a van pool to upper Colorado River. Kayak through Topock Gorge to Castle Rock (approx 16 miles) return to camp ground by Van pool (provided by Kayak Co. ) 

– Monday 0700 hrs. Break camp.
